创始人简介
陈颉 ChinaVenture 创始人兼董事 软银中印基金 中国区合伙人
陈颉先生为ChinaVenture创始人兼董事，现任软银中印基金（Softbank China & India Holdings Limited.）中国区合伙人。陈颉先生于2003年创立Ploutos勃逻多思投资咨询（上海）有限公司，2005年3月重组为投中投资咨询（上海）有限公司。2004年，陈先生成功为中国国内上市公司海虹企业（控股）股份有限公司旗下北京联众电脑技术有限责任公司与韩国NHN集团之间达成投融资合作并任联众董事，涉及金额1亿美元。
陈先生有着6年华尔街从业经验，先后在美国纽约一家对冲基金任股票与期权首席交易员、在Bear Stearns 与 BlackRock 资产管理公司从事债券业务。2002年，陈颉先生回到中国，并在国内著名的申银万国证券公司进行了为期半年的访问交流。陈颉先生毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学，并持有美国Series 7 and 63 证券执业证书。
Jay Chen, Founder & Board Director of ChinaVenture, Partner of SBCI
Jay is currently a Partner at Softbank China & India Holdings. Prior to joining Softbank, he was a co-founder in a number of Internet companies and a private investor; he was also an advisor at SeaRainbow. Between 2004 and 2005 Jay served as a Board Director of Ourgame, after successfully assisting Shenzhen-listed SeaRainbow's subsidiary Ourgame in its $100 million transaction with Korea’s NHN in 2004.

ChinaVenture联合创始人，著名中国网络经济专家，同时也是iResearch艾瑞咨询创始人。1998年开始接触互联网行业，是中国最早的一批网络专业人士。一年后加盟索易Soim，任北京市场部经理。1999 年底，与合作伙伴共同从MorningSide融资，创建WiseHorse网络营销公司，并负责“网络广告先锋”网站并负责具体运营，成为中国网络营销方面早期专家。 杨伟庆先生于2002年底创立艾瑞iResearch，该公司为中国最专业的互联网咨询公司之一。 杨伟庆 先生1998年毕业于华东理工大学。2005年，杨伟庆与 陈颉先生共同创建ChinaVenture，共同运作投资行业网站及参与部分投融资业务。
Henry Yang, Founder & Partner of ChinaVenture
Henry Yang, co-founder of ChinaVerture, is a renowned Internet economy expert and the sole founder of iResearch Consulting Group.He was among the first crop of Internet industry professionals in China. Henry joined Soim in 1999 as a Marketing Manager. In late 1999, he and his partners raised $2million from Morningside and founded WiseHorse, one of the earliest Internet advertising and marketing firms in China. Mr. Yang founded iResearch in late 2002 in Shanghai. Now iResearch is the most influential Internet research and consulting firm in China. Henry holds a BS degree from the East China University of Science and Technology . In 2005, Henry and Jay founded ChinaVenture to operate the investment industry portal jointly. He also takes part in some of the investment and financing business.
